Good waste management is integral to good business practice. All waste material generated in the process of producing packaging film is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. Recycling everything possible from the site avoids landfill. Modern has a Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO) which is designed to destroy 99% of volatile organic compounds and toxics from industrial process exhausts. These high reduction levels meet all Environment Agency and local authority regulations.
